Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)

The management is committed to the quality of products and services and provides all support and facilities towards achieving desired quality in all its processes and deliverables. The organization strives for customer satisfaction within the agreed cost and schedule. The management’s philosophy is “Respond promptly to customer needs and value customer feedback with highest priority for continual improvement in our services”.

To assure quality at all stages, the organization has a Quality Management Department reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and has overall responsibility of assuring the quality of product / services and effective implementation of Quality management Systems

The organization is certified to ISO 9001 since 1997 by IRQS (Indian Register Quality Systems – A Department of Indian Register of Shipping), which is accredited by RvA, Netherlands with periodic renewal of the Certificate of Approval latest being in 2009 by the IRQS to ISO 9001:2008.

In addition to the Quality Management System, the organization has also established and implemented Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) system and the HSE Policy has also been put in place to ensure a safe and healthy workplace without damage to the environment.

The essences of Quality and HSE policies are:

·    Provide sound engineering, project management and construction supervision services to enable a smooth construction, commissioning and operability of the corresponding facilities.

·    Monitor and improve performance during project execution.

·    Manage risks and opportunities for all activities.

·    To share our quality values with all subcontractors/suppliers/business partners.

·    We consider Health, Safety and Environment Protection as our utmost priority in offices, at project sites, or in consultancy services, for our personnel, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and visitors.

·    Comply with all safety and environmental practices, procedures, codes, standards, legal and statutory requirements, during design and execution of services.

·    Provide HSE information, instructions, supervision and training to employees, contractors/subcontractors and visitors.

·    To ensure a seamless Safety-in-Design approach to our customers.
